Here’s the process:

Get in touch with me to see if you’re a good fit with a free 15 minute consultation.

Schedule 1 hour intake, where we identify symptoms and goals, which also introduces you to the EMDR process (payment for intensive due in full at this time).

Workbook received for you to begin your work before we meet for the intensive session.

Meet for the intensive!

A follow up session a week after the intensive, lasting an hour.

Cost for the intensive is $450/hour paid by card in full at intake session.

I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance. I cannot guarantee reimbursement by your insurance, as everyone’s plan is different. Check with your insurance company to be sure.
